Originally plov comes from 4th BC where Alexander the Great asked his chefs to prepare the rice dish for his army cooking with everything they had in the food supplies. So his cooks used lamb or quail and a bit of chilli to cook that meal.

Ninty Days Acne battle to Victory

Lunch at Er Faciolaro

Er Faciolaro is a little restaurant based in Rome Colonna just 2 minutes away from Pantheon. I have actually picked that place to stop for a quick lunch only because I was stunned by its amazing front exterior with the Fresco sitting between the windows.
