Ninty Days Acne battle to Victory

In August I have decided to join the face lifting marathon through the face yoga/ massage online group. My excitement and urge to fix my wrinkles blinded me to the degree that it wiped all my knowledge and principles out of how to proceed with the skin novelty that may cause side effects. I have dove into this massage insanity so fast and hard that I even decided to ignore the signs of skin purging. 

On Day 5 of my massage routine, I had suddenly noticed a few breakouts forming on my forehead, temples and neck. That followed with the saddest morning I could recall for years of waking up to having a complete blowout of acne covered across my entire face and neck. 

It was clear the face yoga / massage had incited a skin contamination. That’s when I declared WAR on this skin disaster and knowing that I was in for a good and long battle of at least 90days If I was lucky!

There it was a 90 days battle exactly which began in mid-August 2020 and was successfully completed in early December 2020. What a fantastic Christmas present it was,
just priceless!

90 Days Acne battle to Victory

I have won that battle only because I knew how to handle the emotional and physical part of the climbing leader process. It was not an easy journey as it did require discipline, determination and a strong mindset. 

The recipe to clear skin is simple but not easy because you look at yourself in the mirror and get discouraged by its reflection.

I did have a perfect supplement and topical skin range, but the mindset, diet and exercise had to be there as well.

Because it was me who was battling the skin condition, all I had to do was to adjust my diet slightly and work on my mindset as the exercise was there all the time.

So I knew that I was in for at least ninety days, so I have laid down the plan and executed it. I’ve made a 30 days plan that I had to repeat three times. The rules were simple so were the goals.  

Ten Steps to take

  1. Keep your hands off your face at all times, even when it feels itchy or uncomfortable. Apply NZEALTH Skin Freedom Remedy lotion when it feels like it is bothering you.
  2. Print a photo of yourself when you’ve had perfect skin in 3, 4 copies. Place those photos everywhere you work, and look at yourself in the mirror. Remember, what you see when you look at the mirror is not what you look like. It is a test that you have to pass, and you are halfway there. 
  3. Under no circumstances you touch or squeeze your pimples. Keep it clean by cleansing it twice a day with the brush, disinfecting that brush after each use and wiping it dry. Use moisturiser in the morning and remedy lotion at night.
  4. When you wash your face, you wipe it ONLY with a Paper towel because your skin ph is changing every wash. Remember, it will get worse before it gets better. So stay very strong; all you have to know is that you are the winner already, it is just a process. 
  5. Take Skin Freedom supplement twice a day. Read instructions on the bottle.
  6. Cut out the sugar completely and avoid the alcohol. Remember, those two reduce your immunity and ability to resist pathogens and bacteria by 50 percent. you want to work for your immune system, not against it
  7. Eat a balanced diet, whole grains, wholemeal, fruit, vegetables and good proteins. Avoid soy, preservatives and processed foods. Eat veggies and fruit with the skin on only, as it contains enzymes for optimal digestion. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. 
  8. Drink electrolyte is it helps you to hydrate on the cellular level, thus supports your immune system. 
  9. Exercise 6 times a week. Use the rule of CICO, calories in calories out and do not overeat.
  10. Meditate every day for ninety days. It will help you to stay positive and motivated. It will help you to stay strong and happy. 

Meditation technique

  1. Take one of those meditation tunes I have designed for you. There are 6 Wellness tracks in total. Start with Wellness track 1 and progress to the next track every two weeks. This music takes you to a particular brain frequency where you can relax to the optimal level.
  2. Find a quiet place in your house where nobody will disturb you.
  3. Put on a pair of good quality headphones, preferably noise cancelling.
  4. Sit comfortably in the position you prefer for optimal relaxation. You can lie down or obtain a meditative position; it is totally up to you.
  5. We do recommend performing meditation using each music track for 14 days. You should commit to 15 minutes a day minimum. You can replay this tune as many times as you want. 
  6. Pick the affirmation you want to focus on, close your eyes, and cycle this affirmation in your mind repeatedly until the music stops.
  7. During affirmation, cycling pushes away any other thoughts, so keep cycling your affirmation. 
  8. You may feel that you are about to drift away from your affirmation. In this case, you can move your lips lip-sync the affirmation as it helps to refocus on what you are doing.

Commit to this 10 steps routine for 90 days and keep practising it daily.

Mid Week ‘Pick me up’ with Wholesome “Venetian Night” Lasagna!

When you have a big family and you work a lot, the week seems to be so busy and challenging that to get through one, we need one of those pick me up moments!

We found for us Wednesday night is one of those nights when we organize the Lasagna cooking event. It makes the week look more exciting, and things like cooking nice warm gathering meals are the key!

Not only it bring the whole family together for prepping the feast, but we also unintentionally reunite in joy, sharing laughs, tastes and conversations.

It makes the kitchen full of lovely interaction noisy and crowded, and the hectic action around the stove the smells of the food and giggles makes you feel like you are somewhere on holiday in Italy having the best time of your life!

It is almost somewhat therapeutical and a must-have during the week. To make you go harder to the end of the week and finish it on the high.

That’s how we came up with the name for our Lasagna: “Venitian Night” hence every time we have it, we get all together and have a fantastic night!

Why should we make our bed every morning?

My mum always told me: “Your day starts in your bedroom”, which made me wonder why such things in life matter and how exactly they can start my day?
It May sound like banality for many hence why we will zoom into the fundamentals of it.
 
To start with, It may feel like a small achievement yet, making your bed sets the theme of success for the entire day!
You want to know the benefits and how it affects your life? Let’s look into it closely
 

  1.  It makes your bedroom look awesome immediately, makes you feel organized and thus lifts your mood!
  2. It becomes your first positive achievement for the day, the first task that you’ve completed. Thus it leads to feeling proud of yourself and encourages you to complete the next task successfully and more after that.
  3. It begins your day on the high that makes it go flawlessly in the right direction.
  4.  It leads to better productivity as your day get filled with accomplished tasks from the very beginning.  That alone gives you endorphins and dopamines to work harder and more efficient.  
  5. It jump-starts your decision making and gives you a sense of responsibility in taking charge of leading yourself and others.
  6. It drives you to better self-esteem and a greater sense of well-being. Thus reduces your stress levels and makes you feel accomplished, respected and happy.
  7. It gives you feelings of being relaxed, confident and competent while leads you to build resilience against difficulties and emotional encumbrances.  

To take away, If we practice this habit for 21 days, it will become our turn-key for a successful and thriving life. 
That will advance you to mastering “the power of a Habit” and lead you to a happier, more successful and prosperous life. 
 
After all, our minds designed to work as a success-oriented serve mechanism that only knows how to succeed. It will always make the best possible decision with the information in hand. We were born this way, thriving to succeed and win. All we have to do now is practice it so we could unlock the world of endless possibilities.

Hand-washing Ritual

An Idea of writing a little poem for the hand-washing rushed into my head when the whole country was in the thick of the Corona Virus Dilemma. You know how our minds trying to recreate a perception filter of the problematic situation we are in into something creative and fun that help us to get through the difficult times. That’s actually our mind’s Genius that encourages us to see things in the light of solution rather than the light of problem dwelling, just like per “Half cup full” versus “half cup empty” theory. And Just like per a name of a song of Robert Parker “A Little Bit Of Something Is Better Than A Whole Lot Of Nothing” my “Hand-washing Ritual” was born.

Soap bar in your hands and water’s turned on
Rolling that bar until seeing it foam
Lather it fast forming a candy floss cloud
Saying your full name twice out loud
Rinse your hands well so they’re squeaky and clean
Paper towel dry them and your hands are pristine
Frequently practice hand wash ritual routine
Keeping at bay micro-bugs and covid-19
